Search address or go straight to pricing

Search our map to see if your address is covered! If you already know who the fibre network operator in your area is, then simply click their icon to view our pricing for their network.

Select your Service & Addons

Select your speed and choose addons to enhance your service. Remember your data is unlimited so speed is all that matters here! Add phones, routers, WiFi extensions and premium support to your order.

Fibre ISP South Africa

STEP 4

Complete Single Registration Form

Fill in our single registration form and we will create your accounts, line order and service order on both our system and your Fibre Network Operator’s system. Google+, Facebook and Twitter single sign on!

Premium Fibre Internet

STEP 5

Fibre Company Site Survey

Once your Fibre Network Operator has finished the street build in your area they will contact you to perform a site survey at your premises for the laying of your fibre line and installation of your CPE/ONT box.

Who: FNO (Fibre Network Operator)

Timeframe: ±2 weeks after the FNO street build.

Fibre Internet

STEP 6

Fibre Installation

The Fibre Network Operator will then come back to install your fibre on the date that was agreed upon after your site survey. They will install your fibre line and your CPE/ONT box.

Timeframe: ± 2 weeks after the site survey

Uncapped Fibre

STEP 7

Fibre Configuration

Once your line is installed, the Fibre Network Operator configures your line to accept a Web Connection service package. Once configuration is completed, they will notify us that you are ready for ISP activation.

Who: FNO (Fibre Network Operator)

Timeframe: ±1 week after installation.

Premium SA Internet

STEP 8

ISP Activation

As soon as we are notified by the Fibre Network Operator that your line is ready to be activated by us, the ISP, we then jump into action to activate your service package straight away!

Timeframe: The same day as FNO configuration!

Uncapped Fibre Internet

STEP 9

Router Installation Booking

Our agents will contact you to schedule the installation of your router. We believe in a personal approach and would like to give you a full service in person! Courier options are available should you prefer though.

Free Router

STEP 10

Router & Addons Installation

Our professional installation team will visit you on the agreed upon date and time to install your router and get you online! Our technicians are also well equipped to assist you with Wi-Fi extension and much more!

Timeframe: 24-48 Hours for technician availability

Family Internet

Congratulations! You are now online with fast, uncapped, unshaped, premium fibre! We have no data limits so you will have the ultimate, unlimited freedom you deserve! We hope it serves you well!

Manage Your Account Online

Now that you are online with Web Connection you have access to our clientarea. You can upgrade your service, manage your invoices, create sub accounts for family members, log support tickets and much more!

Addons & Extras

We have some great addons and extras to enhance your service!

Routers and Phones

All clients recieve a basic router to start with and can upgrade to an advanced router should they need it. We also supply a selection of phones to choose from!

Wi-Fi Extension

As an additional value adding service, we can survey your property and assist with the extension of your wireless network in your home. Never a dead spot!

Premium Support

Add premium support to your fibre service to get sms and email notifications when your line goes down as well as an automated ticket logged with our techs.
